Lorenzo De Rosa advises industrial investors and private equity funds in acquisitions and divestures, mergers and demergers, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions. Lorenzo specializes in M&A transactions with focus on regulated entities as well as in real estate transactions.

In particular, Lorenzo manages and coordinates due diligence teams, drafts and negotiates the transaction documentation and advises on corporate law matters.
