He assists clients in the registration and protection of brands and design, supporting them in the identification and assessment of risks and market opportunities.

Jacopo Graffer deals with the drafting and negotiation of contracts in relation to industrial property rights, providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance in all procedures before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union for Intellectual Property Office, the Court and the European Union Court of Justice.
