Position

Christian Gregersen advises foundations and family-owned businesses as well as other closely held businesses. He is well-versed in all issues relating to foundations, including formation of new foundations, statute amendments, organisation and governance, regulatory matters, board work, asset management, taxation and accounting matters as well as all forms of donations, including buildings, research centres, endowment chairs, etc. Christian is also widely experienced in corporate law in general and assists clients with acquisitions, divestments, investments, financing, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, commercial agreements and commercial disputes. Christian has considerable negotiation and transaction experience and has been lead on number of transactions and in relation to the formation of new foundations, significant donations, partnerships, etc. Christian also advises on succession issues relating to planning and implementing succession of wealth, ownership and management control. Christian always maintains a commercial focus on achieving the client’s objectives in the best and most efficient manner. He strives to convert complex issues into simple and practical solutions, which are sustainable in both the short and the long term
