Alessandro Traina
Alessandro Traina has more than 10 years’ experience advising on real estate, M&A, business leases and property development. Due to Alessandro’s international background growing up and studying abroad, his primary focus has been on assisting international clients with a large number of property transactions and negotiation of prominent high-street lease agreements. Andreas Christensen
Andreas Christensen is specialised in competition law, EU law, public procurement law and state aid. He was working comprehensively with those practice areas when being employed with the law department of the Ministry of Justice and subsequently as a lawyer. Andreas has considerable experience advising private and public and semi-public enterprises and has conducted a large number of litigation and arbitration cases within his areas of expertise. He has been involved in competition cases both as prosecuting attorney and defence attorney and is one of the lawyers having conducted most cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement. He has significant expertise within PPP and ESCO (Energy Service Company) and has advised on some of the first PPP projects and ESCO cooperation in Denmark. Anne  Baandrup
Anne Baandrup specialises in personal data protection (GDPR) and advises on both the design and implementation of GDPR programmes and operational data protection issues. Anne Baandrup has experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the Danish telecommunications company TDC/Nuuday. Based on this experience she can serve as a DPO for clients who wish to outsource this function, and she can advise on setting up and performing the role for clients wishing to keep the function in-house. Anne Sophie Kierkegaard Vilsbøll

Annelouise Dalgaard Pedersen
Annelouise Dalgaard Pedersen is specialised within procurement law and state aid. Annelouise has wide experience as an advisor to both public authorities and private companies. She has in-depth knowledge of supply utilities and of the practical and legal aspects characterising these companies.In addition, Annelouise is a certified Prince2 project manager, and she acts as project manager in often complex procedures with many players and stakeholders.Within procurement law, Annelouise advises on all aspects of the procurement rules and the related procedures. Henriette Soja

Jesper Petersen Bach

Klavs Gravesen

She is specialised in insolvency law and has more than 25 years’ experience in restructuring and winding up of ailing commercial enterprises. Piya advises Danish and foreign creditors with impaired exposures and provides legal advice to corporate management in connection with analysing financial difficulties experienced by commercial enterprises, drafting proposals for restructuring or winding up, carrying through restructuring and advising on directors’ liability. Piya has many years’ experience in formal insolvency proceedings and often acts as trustee in connection with administration of insolvent estates and as liquidator in connection with compulsory dissolution of companies.
Poul Hvilsted

René Frisdahl Jensen
René Frisdahl Jensen is specialised within energy and supply law and has more than 17 years' experience within the area. He has in-depth knowledge of the regulations within electricity supply, supply of natural gas and heat, remote cooling, waste management and the water sector. He has wide experience in revenue and price adjustment of energy and supply utilities and company conversion and restructuring. He further advises on the establishment of wind parks, solar energy plants and biogas systems.René conducts cases before the courts and complaint boards within energy and supply and further advises on EU law and international legal relations in the energy and supply sector. Rikke Søgaard Berth
Rikke Søgaard Berth is specialised in the special regulatory set-up applying to public authorities and publicly owned companies. Rikke advises on the organisation of public assignments, including the cooperation with private parties. She has been responsible for the merger of utility companies, for instance the establishment of HOFOR in Copenhagen, municipal emergency services and various public-private co-operation supporting culture and sports. She has advised on the establishment of the Tinderbox Festival in Odense and on the consortium between the Danish state and five municipalities responsible for the Tour de France in Denmark if the Danish bid to host the event in 2021 is accepted. In addition, Rikke advises on the rules of administrative law, questions concerning authority, local government mandate, governance and other issues relating to public law. In 2017-2018 Rikke was a member of the government’s external expert committee on the Harbour Act and of the committee on expropriation under the Planning Act. Sophus Bøgeskov Christensen
