Position
Henrik Stig Lauritsen is head of Horten’s Taxes and Duties team. He advises on general taxes and duties and is specialised within company formation/acquisition, incentive programmes, taxation of principal shareholders, reorganisation and ownership transfers, litigation concerning taxes and duties, restructuring, relocation of employees and general corporate tax.
Henrik has wide experience advising national and international enterprises and groups on tax matters.
