Position

Anne Sophie Kierkegaard Vilsbøll advises public authorities and organisations and public and private enterprises on all aspects of administrative law, public law and environmental law. She is an experienced litigator and conducts cases for committees and commissions within her areas of expertise for both businesses and public clients. Anne Sophie has many years' experience advising municipalities on fundamental administrative issues, including preparation of legal opinions and investigations. She also gives more specialised advice to technical and environmental administrations on issues pertaining to planning, construction and environmental law. She has a special interest in public regulation of real estate, including easements and the so-called "neighbour principle" for laying cables along public and private roads, where Anne Sophie has conducted a number of leading cases. Anne Sophie has assisted in environmental due diligence procedures and advised on environmental issues in connection with many of the largest business transfers during the past ten years.
