Anne Baandrup specialises in personal data protection (GDPR) and advises on both the design and implementation of GDPR programmes and operational data protection issues.

Anne Baandrup has experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the Danish telecommunications company TDC/Nuuday. Based on this experience she can serve as a DPO for clients who wish to outsource this function, and she can advise on setting up and performing the role for clients wishing to keep the function in-house.

Anne Baandrup has a proven track record which includes successful management of large projects like GDPR, Enterprise Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance. She advises on how to optimise structures, form effective teams, and collaborate at executive levels and with key stakeholders, consistently delivering tangible results.

From her employment with TDC/Nuuday and her postgraduate B.Com. degree, she has a strong business and strategic understanding that enables her to find solutions in the intersection between data protection requirements, business and strategy. Through her certification as a Compliance Manager, Anne Baandrup also advises on the establishment of compliance programmes in general.
