Niels Jørgen therefore has expertise within all aspects of construction law.Niels Jørgen often represents parties in disputes before the Building and Construction Arbitration Board and before the ordinary courts. He also has expertise within guarantee calls.Finally, Niels Jørgen has considerable experience in negotiating major international FIDIC based contracts.
