Position

Sophus Bøgeskov Christensen conducts litigation and arbitration, including institutional as well as ad hoc arbitration.
In this connection, he represents insurance companies and foreign clients.
Sophus is a leading adviser within all problems relating to operation, transfer and dispute resolution within the horse and veterinarian industry, including contract drafting and dispute resolution.
Further, he is a certified arbitrator before Danish and international arbitration tribunals, and he is also qualified to act as arbitrator.
In 2003, Sophus was a deputy judge at the Western High Court.
From 2003-2012, he was part-time lecturer in Procedure at the University of Aarhus and tutor for the University’s team in the international arbitration competition Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
Sophus has been appointed by the Council of the Danish Bar and Law Society as external examiner at the bar exam.
