Career
Nicoletta’s activity focuses on the entertainment sector (both interactive/digital and traditional) and media, in relation to which she provides assistance in the field of intellectual property law, information technology law, personal data protection, consumer law, audiovisual regulation, esports regulation, video games and gambling regulation.
She helps national and international clients in complying with the applicable regulatory framework, with a particular focus on consumer law issues, e-commerce regulation, advertising law, audiovisual content regulation, regulation applicable to monetization mechanics, content clearance, and data protection.
Furthermore, Nicoletta assists the firm’s clients in drafting B2C contracts (related to OTT platforms, e-commerce, esports tournaments, or specific promotional activations/contests) and in drafting and negotiating B2B contracts, with a specific focus on the entertainment sectors of video games and esports.
Nicoletta joined LCA in 2023.
Prior to that, she worked for 5 years with Attorney Andrea Rizzi, focusing on providing assistance to clients in the interactive entertainment, gaming, and esports industries. She first worked in the Digital Business department at Osborne Clarke Italia, then at Insight Studio Legale, and finally at the boutique law firm Andrea Rizzi & Partners.
She also collaborated with the IP & Regulatory department at Sky Italia.
