Orsola has more than twenty years of consolidated experience in administrative law, focusing on town planning, real estate, energy and environmental matters, assisting leading energy and real estate operators.
In real estate and urban planning , she has overseen some of the key development projects across Northern Italy, completed numerous implementation plans and negotiated planning instruments (PII, Program Agreements, Area Plans, etc.), defining with public administrations the relevant deeds of agreement. She boasts extensive experience in advising on development and transformation operations, following all phases, from project conception to implementation of the operation, and dealing with profiles related to delicate and complex remediation procedures. She continuously assists Non-Performing Loan companies in the valorisation of properties underlying impaired loans and deals with the discharge of significant real estate assets.
In the energy sector, she has gained relevant experience in the development of energy projects and provides assistance in the authorisation and management procedures of energy production plants, including greenfield ones, both from conventional and renewable sources, taking care of every aspect of the administrative procedure.
She is particularly experienced in challenging measures issued by the Regulatory Authority, including tariffs and sanctions , before the Italian Administrative Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
