With over 35 years' experience, first in London and then in Italy, Leah Dunlop is a veteran of cross-border deals and one of few bi-lingual and dual-qualified mergers and acquisitions (M&A) lawyers operating in Italy. Leah is head of Hogan Lovells Italian M&A practice and leads cross-border teams supporting clients in M&A, strategic alliances, reorganizations, and first-mover projects, with a consolidated track record of successfully closing transactions for her clients in highly regulated sectors such as automotive, energy and natural resources, technology, media and telecommunications, and consumer.
