Martijn is a partner in the corporate law and banking & finance practices and focuses primarily on cross-border corporate and financial reorganizations, acquisitions and joint ventures and on cross-border financial transactions including but not limited to syndicated lending, acquisition and leveraged financing and asset-based lending. Martijn co-heads HEUSSEN’s North America desk.

Partner at HEUSSEN since 2010. Martijn is a partner in the banking & finance practice and in the corporate law / M&A practice. Previously, she worked for Landwell (and its predecessor PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal Services) and later for Van Doorne, which firm merged with Landwell in 2004.

Dutch and English.

Member of The Amsterdam Bar and member of the ABA (American Bar Association).

Law degree Leiden University (1998).
