Maria is specializing in employment and social security law. She has more than sixteen years of professional experience in employment and social security law. Her sector expertise includes companies active in retail, HR, public sector, banking, construction and production. Her dedicated labour practice includes representing clients during employment law litigation procedures, relationship with employee’s representatives (work councils & trade unions), providing advisory services related to collective and individual remuneration policy, corporate reorganizations, individual and collective dismissal procedures. Maria is also responsible for coordinating the employment law teams of EY Central and Southeast Europe. She joined Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership in 2009.

Prior joining Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, she was a partner of a boutique employment law firm.
