Managing Associate of the Litigation Department at SRS, Mafalda Rodrigues Branco has 15 years of experience in law, in the areas of civil, criminal and misdemeanour litigation, as well as White Collar Crime. The Women in Business Law Awards declared her a "Rising Star" in the "Arbitration" category, in 2022.

Graduated in law from the Catholic University of Portugal. Master of legal practice (civil and criminal law) from the Catholic University of Portugal, she defended master thesis with the title “The Limitation period applying to the right to claim damages on road traffic accidents.” Course on Negotiation Techniques for Lawyers lectured by São Paulo School of Law of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP). Postgraduate Diploma in Law Enforcement Compliance and criminal law in Banking and Finance, University of Lisbon School of Law.
