Partner in the Firm’s Employment & Social Security Department, Maria de Lancastre Valente is the Head of the International Business Unit of SRS’ Employment Department, focusing mainly on support to international clients, namely multinational corporations, international law firms and diplomatic missions.

With over 20 years of experience, Maria is a specialist in cross-border HR-related operations, as well as corporate restructures and business reorganisation exercises, TUPE, management of senior positions and remuneration and benefits. She also regularly advises on issues related to international HR mobility.
