Partner and Head of the Immigration & Golden Visa department, Raquel Cuba Martins is highly regarded within the Corporate Immigration sector. She advises international Clients on a wide variety of corporate and immigration matters.

With more than 20 years of experience, Raquel has also extensive experience in advising clients in the context of M&A transactions – both domestic and cross-border. Her knowledge of corporate and commercial issues and the specific experience on Intellectual Property law allow her to have a full experience in structuring complex operations.
