Oleksii has more than 15 years of professional experience and specializes in providing legal assistance to clients in criminal proceedings, both representing victims and defending clients before pre-trial investigation authorities and courts. Oleksii has repeatedly and effectively represented clients in criminal proceedings opened on allegations of fraud, embezzlement and misappropriation, abuse of power or office.

Oleksiy also specializes in defending clients, including officials and top managers, in the course of investigative actions, such as searches, interrogations, investigative experiments, as well as during interim measures within criminal proceedings, such as temporary access to things and documents, removal from office, etc. In addition, Oleksii has vast positive experience of returning temporarily seized property and lifting attachments of property in criminal proceedings.

Oleksii has successful work experience on the side of the victim. Thanks to his efforts, stolen property was many times returned to foreign investors, and his proactive stance on initiating criminal proceedings and collecting evidence led to the cessation and disclosure of fraudulent schemes against international companies.

For 10 years, Oleksii taught the following disciplines at the Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv: Criminal Procedure, Judicial System and the Status of Judges, Methods and Tactics of Law Practice in Jurisdictional Proceedings, Preparation of Procedural Documents in Criminal Proceedings.

Public activity

Oleksii is the author of a large number of articles in scientific and specialized legal publications on various topics related to white-collar defense and mitigation of criminal risks for business owners and top officials.

Oleksii is a graduate of the professional development program "Attorney of the Future". He participates in drafting laws aimed at securing the rights of business in criminal proceedings.
