Timur Bondaryev has been working at Arzinger ever since it was founded (2002). Prior to that time, he headed a division in the Legal Department at the State Property Fund of Ukraine and was Head of Legal at Ukrainian Aluminium, a subsidiary of Russian Aluminium.

He has extensive experience in advising both international and domestic companies of various industries (Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Life Science, Banking & Finance etc.) on significant domestic and multinational M&A transactions, joint ventures, cartel cases, abuse of dominance, restrictive practices, competition & antitrust investigations, on public law and public procurement matters.
