The properties and the parking garage were acquired indirectly through three different limited companies. The properties together comprise 274 apartments with a lettable area of 11,650 sqm, of which 98 sqm is a commercial premises, as well as the separate parking garage with 161 spaces.

JM AB and OBOS Kärnhem Bostadsproduktion AB have, through a 50/50 joint venture company, acquired a large property in Lund (Lyckebacken 5), which in a future detailed development plan will enable the de-velopment of a total of approximately 2,500 residential units including commercial premises. The purchase price amounts to a total of approximately SEK 725 million. The purchase is one of the largest development right transactions in Sweden this year.
