Over the years the firm has trained up and released into the market several senior lawyers, associates and paralegal assistants who have gone to work for firms like Stephenson Harwood, Al Tamimi or as in-house GCs. At all levels the firm is on target to achieve the calibrated promotions and skills development to meet our growth strategy.

Our trainee mentoring programmes are complemented by our outreach and pro bono work. KBH Kaanuun also has a strong coordinating role in onshore UAE litigation, and career development opportunities in regional onshore litigation will be a focus in the years ahead. The firm is promoting and liaising with the legal bodies of the countries in which it is present to increase opportunities for local lawyers to gain experience and run placement schemes.
