Partner Johannes Lundblad is specialized in commercial dispute resolution with extensive experience from international and domestic arbitration and litigation. He has acted as counsel in matters such as construction, professional liability, M&A, banking, finance and insurance, challenge proceedings of arbitral awards etc. He has represented clients in arbitrations under the rules of the Swedish Arbitration Act, the SCC, the ICC, the FAA etc. and accepts appointments as arbitrator in both national and international disputes.

Partner  Peter Vennerstrand’s main areas of practice are company law and M&A. He advises Swedish and international companies on restructuring, capital acquisition, incentive programmes. AGMs, board work, management and governance, along with other, owner-related issues. Peter also advises on commercial contracts in a broad sense, and assists clients in reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He has practised law since 1999, and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2003.

Partner  Philippe Benalal is specialised in commercial dispute resolution and acts as counsel in court proceedings, as well as domestic and international arbitrations. Philippe has experience from a broad range of business sectors and areas of law, including contract law, real estate and construction law, professional liability, insurance law, corporate law and insolvency law. Philippe is frequently appointed arbitrator. He also regularly lectures on litigation and arbitration. Philippe’s previous experience includes working during many years for the Swedish court system as a judge in the District Court and the Court of Appeal. Philippe has for more than four years been a Judge (rådman) in a District Court in the Stockholm area.

Partner  Torgny Wetterberg has specialised in dispute resolution since the mid-1990s. He has been highly successful in acting for clients in numerous commercial disputes in widely varying and problematic areas of law. Several of these disputes were the largest in Sweden at the time, and many of them have involved the specific problems arising when disputes are seen in the glare of the media spotlight. Torgny has the ability to extract the necessary information from compendious material in order to decide on a successful course of action. He also possesses specialist know-how and expertise in certain types of criminal case involving civil law elements, as well as various forms of investigation of companies, e.g., into suspected errors made by the board or employees. Torgny also has many years’ experience as an arbitrator.
