Partner at LexCase since 2010, Alain de BELENET leads, alongside Raphaël APELBAUM, Diane BANDON-TOURRET and Maxime BÜSCH, the Public Business Law and Health and Life sciences departments..

His professional practice is divided into four main areas:

a) Public contract law (public procurement contracts, concessions, BEA and public land occupancy agreements, complex contractual arrangements), both as an advisor and a litigator, including conciliation, mediation and arbitration mechanisms ; b) The law regarding public property, occupation of public land, urban planning and land development; c) Public law relative to healthcare products; d) The law governing the liability of public operators and services, and related compensation litigation.

For the most part, Alain's practice focuses on construction and public works, railway activities, skiable areas and the healthcare industry, although it spreads well beyond these main sectors.

Alain de Belenet has been a lawyer since 2002 and practiced with UGGC Avocats (2000) and Deloitte / TAJ (2005) before joining LexCase in 2010.
