The BVI office opened in mid 2023 with partners Mungo Lowe (from Forbes Hare) and Shaun Reardon-John (from Martin Kenney & Co), they were quickly joined by associate Jodi-Ann Stephenson (from Agon Litigation), together they bring a wealth of experience in offshore insolvency, litigation, and asset recovery matters.

Building upon the expertise established in our Jersey office, the BVI dispute resolution team has considerable experience working for international clients on large-scale, cross-border commercial disputes and corporate insolvencies.

The BVI team has significant experience with Ponzi schemes having acted for liquidators on some of the largest matters in recent memory. It is also developing its experience and has growth in acting for sovereign governments in asset recovery matters (i.e., 1MDB).
