Mr. Khomenko focuses on:

• Corporate and M&A – cross-border investments, pre-M&A corporate restructurings and reorganizations, corporate and secretarial support of business, exit strategies, agreements between shareholders, escrow arrangements and corporate, shareholders and post-M&A disputes;
• Private Equity and Venture Capital – private equity investments, including buyouts, minority investments, growth equity investments, spin-offs and roll-ups, leveraged recapitalizations, secondary equity transactions and other similar transactions. Support in all investment phases from angel to late stage in venture capital deals;
• Gaming, Gambling & Lottery – licensing, certification support, compliance with regulatory gambling requirements, market entry by international operators, agreements with hotels, advertisement, enforcement action, online and ground operations;
• Banking & Finance – cross-border banking and finance transactions, project and trade finance, secured and syndicated lending, capital markets transactions, restructurings.
