  • Acted as a Ukrainian counsel for JSC Ukrainian Railways in the successful restructurings of loan participation notes issued by Rail Capital Markets plc in the total amount of USD 895 million.
  • Acted as a legal counsel to BSTDB in connection with its up to EUR 25 million short-term revolving trade finance facility to Concern Galnaftogaz, a leading Ukrainian petroleum retailer company.
