Maksym Tereshchuk focuses on M&A and corporate restructuring, corporate and commercial law, and cross-border banking and finance. He advised international clients on various issues of corporate law in connection with establishment and operation of business in Ukraine, participation in public procurement, corporate restructuring, restructuring of debt portfolios, etc. Maksym participated in a number of major projects, including M&A deals, group restructurings, due diligences, pre-sale planning, and investment cross-border transactions.
