Aivar Pilv

Aivar Pilv is the founding and managing Partner of LEADELL Pilv Law Office and his main fields of practice are dispute resolution and defence in criminal proceedings, corporate law, construction law and tax law. Aivar is also advising clients in employment and family law related questions.

Aivar Pilv is also a long-time member of different bodies in the Estonian Bar Association since 1994. He has a Member of the the qualifying committee (1994-1995); Member of the Board (1995 – 2001); Vice-Chairman of the Board (2001 – 2004); Member of the Chamber of Administrating the Courts (2002-2010); Chairman of the Estonian Bar Association (2004-207); Reappointed Chairman of the Estonian Bar Association (2007 – 2010) and is a Member of the fundamental rights committee of the Estonian Bar Association since 2013. Aivar Pilv has also been awarded with the highest possible award from the Estonian Bar Association -

Order of the Estonian Bar Association in 2013 for his valuable and long-time contribution.

He is also a valued speaker/performer on various events and conferences and author of numerous articles.
