Maija Ahtiainen is specialised in commercial dispute resolution. Ahtiainen advises and represents our clients in litigation, domestic and international arbitration and other conflict management projects.

The assignments handled by Ahtiainen typically concern disputes related to construction, real estate, various delivery, project and other commercial contracts, acquisitions and shareholders’ agreements. Ahtiainen has more than a decade of experience in handling demanding and complex commercial disputes.

Ahtiainen has previously worked in other leading Finnish business law firms. She has also trained on the Bench.
