Merlich assists our clients in merger and acquisition processes and arrangements, commercial contracts and legal advisory matters relating to energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors. In addition, Merlich provides advise on general corporate and contract law matters.

Before joining Lieke, Merlich worked as a lawyer in other business law firms specializing especially in real estate transactions and real estate development projects.
