Helena Kalmanlehto specializes in commercial dispute resolution.

Kalmanlehto’s dispute resolution assignments typically cover company and commercial law, construction law, contract law and damages, and insolvency issues. In addition, she drafts contracts and advises on real estate and construction law matters.

Kalmanlehto has extensive experience in managing various conflict situations, litigation and arbitration procedures, as well as mediation procedures.
