Because we as a law firm are committed to equal rights, we signed the "Charter of Diversity" in 2014. At the heart of the initiative is the promotion and appreciation of all employees regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, age or ideology. By signing the Charter of Diversity, the promotion of diversity in our law firm has become an important aspect of our corporate culture.

We currently employ staff from 22 nations in our firm. Within the scope of our cooperation with national and international clients, the most diverse people come together. For this reason, it is a matter of course for us to work together without prejudice and with respect. Sexual identity and disability play just as little a role here as ethnic origin.
