Hans Markus Wulf
Dr Hans Markus Wulf is a lawyer and partner at HEUKING. He has specialised in IT and data protection law for 20 years, was one of the first German specialist lawyers for IT law in September 2007 and has been a data protection auditor (TÜV) according to EU-DSGVO since 2017. Dr Wulf advises companies and corporations on the implementation of technology projects, in the area of data protection compliance, on the enforcement of IP and know-how protection, on legal issues of IT security and in the context of licensing law issues in the use of corporate software.
