He is experienced also in legal due diligence in connection to real estate and corporate transactions. He also participated in providing comprehensive legal services to the owner of retail centers (both in operation and under construction) in the Czech Republic, to the purchaser of a compound including historical buildings in Prague or to the seller of land plots in Prague for the purposes of construction of a residential building.
