Achim Jähnke
Achim Jähnke
Achim is in charge of the German section of Konečná & Zacha, Attorneys at Law and with his team focuses especially on advising German speaking clients (DACH). Since 1998 Achim has been working as an attorney both in Munich and Prague. Recently, he has dealt with cross border mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions including financing. He also provides comprehensive legal aid in all areas of business law to medium-sized companies, which run their businesses on the Czech market.
Eva Burianová
Eva Burianová graduated from Palacky University Olomouc, Faculty of Law. She also studied at Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary under the Erasmus+ program. Eva is registered in the Register of Attorneys of the Czech Bar Association and an Attorney at Law cooperating with the Prague branch office. She speaks Czech and English and has a communicative knowledge of German. Eva focuses mainly on real estate, banking & finance and corporate, including in particular legal due diligence in connection to real estate and corporate transactions.

Jakub Čermák
Jakub Čermák graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. He is registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and is an attorney-at-law cooperating with the Konečná & Zacha Prague-based office. He speaks Czech and English.His specialization includes commercial and civil law, focusing in particular on the field of contract law and rental of business premises. He also participated in the provision of comprehensive legal services to major tenants of shopping centres and retail parks in both Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.  
Luboš Fojtík
Luboš Fojtík
Ľuboš Fojtík graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. He is an attorney at law cooperating with the Prague-based office, where he leads the department of litigation and arbitration. In the field of litigation and arbitration, Ľuboš has gained significant experience in representing clients on both sides, i. e. claimants and defendants. Ľuboš has gained special experience in construction litigation while representing developers, institutional investors (including banks and investment funds) and municipalities in some of the most complex disputes in the Czech Republic. Ľuboš further specializes in liability issues, damage compensation, contractual penalty, defamation and international private law including CISG a CMR litigation. Ľuboš is also listed as an arbitrator with the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. Besides dispute resolution Ľuboš has gained significant experience in providing legal services in the field of regulatory matters, especially in the area of data protection and public procurement, but also in several other regulated areas. He represents clients in administrative proceedings on a regular basis in front of public authorities as well as administrative courts. Ľuboš is fluent in Czech, Slovak and English language and has a communicative knowledge of French. Ľuboš is an author of various specialized articles particularly from the field of civil procedure and international business law. He is also a lecturer at private business university in Prague and an editor-in-chief of the law focused website eLAW.cz. Apart from his work, Ľuboš enjoys urban life, architecture various sport activities and spending time with his family.

Martina Tatíčková
During her practice Martina has been advising in various areas of civil, commercial and administrative law. She gained extensive and significant experience namely in Banking and Financing, Real Estate and M&A. Martina has been advising banks and other financial institutions as well as investors with project, acquisition and real estate financing. Martina regurarly represents clients also in acquisitions namely in real estate and industry. Clients appreciate her orientation in different fields of law, accuracy and reliability, assessment of matters in their full context without missing out details.

Martina Piptová received master’s degree in law from the Charles University in Prague. She is an attorney at law cooperating with the Prague branch office, registered in the Register of Attorneys of the Czech Bar Association. She speaks fluently Czech and English and she has communicative knowledge of Spanish.Martina focuses primarily on real estate law, merges and acquisitions as well as common legal advisory to clients concerning commercial and civil obligations law, corporate law and intellectual property law.
Nora Kuková
Nora Kuková graduated from the Charles University in Prague. During her studies she also attended for two semesters at the University of Turku (Finland) under the Erasmus+ program, focusing mainly on international and European intellectual property law. She is an Attorney at law cooperating with the Prague branch office, registered in the Register of Attorneys of the Czech Bar Association. Nora speaks fluently Czech and English and has communication knowledge of German and Bulgarian. Nora focuses primarily on real estate and corporate law, including in particular legal due diligence in connection to real estate and corporate transactions. In addition, she has also participated in providing complex legal services to owners of retail centers and office buildings (both in operation and under construction) in the Czech Republic. Last but not least, Nora has also comprehensive knowledge in the field of data protection legislation.
Petko Iliev
Petko’s work has been largely focused on corporate governance (including public-listed companies in financial services and energy in the EU), contracts and M&A matters, the latter with particular emphasis on due diligence, structuring advice and acquisition support. His knowledge and experience in corporate tax, VAT and, generally, tax litigation helps for a wider perspective of the matters he is handling. Those include foreign investment in Bulgaria for businesses in fast-moving consumer goods, real estate, pharmaceuticals and IT / media. He has recent contributions to the process of amending and EU-harmonization of domestic law on corporate agenda and capital markets.
Radka Konečná
Radka Konečná
Radka Konecna is a partner of Konečná & Zacha, Attorneys at Law, registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and Slovak Bar Association. With her real estate team she represents a number of multinational corporations and foreign investment funds in their investments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, particularly in the field of real estate and growth capital. Recently, she has dealt especially with development and subsequent sales or acquisitions of shopping centers with the value of approx. CZK billions (including forward sale thereof), preparation of investment structures in real estate, negotiating joint-venture agreements between significant players on the real estate market, development of logistic and residential complexes, including securing title insurance, project financing, construction projects also according to the FIDIC regulations and all aspects of leases and other steps associated with completion of the projects by sale. Her expertise includes, among others, also the issue of investments in various industrial sectors, including car-manufacturing and chemical industry.
Simona Votřelová
Simona Votřelová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. She is registered in the Register of Attorneys at Law of the Czech Bar Association and she is an attorney at law cooperating with Konečná & Zacha Prague-based office. Simona speaks Czech and English. Simona worked for several years in one of the significant regional law offices, where she provided advice to clients primarily in the field of real estate and commercial law. She was also a part of in-house law team of leading Prague developer for two years. Her specialisation includes commercial and civil law, focusing in particular on the field of contract law and rental of business premises. Simona works also with corporate law teams.
Tereza Chotěborová
Tereza Chotěborová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She is attorney at law cooperating with our Prague office and is registered in the list of attorneys maintained by the Czech Bar Association. Tereza speaks fluent Czech and English and has a communicative knowledge of German. Tereza is part of the Dispute Resolution team and also works with the Employment and Labour team. She also focuses on construction law issues, in particular due diligence in connection with real estate transactions as well as negotiating of construction-related contracts. In addition to the above, Tereza also has extensive regulatory and compliance knowledge.

Tomáš specializes in commercial, civil and financial law with emphasis to the contract law field. He is experienced also in legal due diligence in connection to real estate and corporate transactions. He also participated in providing comprehensive legal services to the owner of retail centers (both in operation and under construction) in the Czech Republic, to the purchaser of a compound including historical buildings in Prague or to the seller of land plots in Prague for the purposes of construction of a residential building.

He speaks Czech and English.He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague and attended several courses at the Leiden Law School, Leiden University in the Netherlands as LLP Erasmus student. Tomáš also completed internship programme organized by the Municipal Court in Prague.Tomáš specializes in litigation. He also advices on all aspects of real estate law, labour and employment law, personal data protection matters and contractual law. Tomáš participates in pro bono activities of Konečná & Zacha.

Tomáš Zacha
Tomáš is a partner at Konečná & Zacha and specializes in financial law and regulation, complex commercial transactions, litigation, ICT and intellectual property law. In his areas of expertise, Tomáš often works with teams of Konečná & Zacha from Bratislava, Bucarest and Sofia on cross-border transactions and acquisitions. Tomáš successfully advised on multiple gross-volume contracts concerning energy, construction, transport, mining, etc. He recently advised on several start-ups in area of finance, technology and e-commerce for local as well as foreign clients. Tomáš also represents Clients of Konečná & Zacha before Courts and in Arbitrations.

Tomáš has expertise in international investment law and in related aspects of EU law. Before practising as attorney, he worked for the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, where he took part in negotiation of bilateral investment treaties. He is the author of the book titled “International Investment Agreements and EU Law”, which was published in Czech and English language versions, and is a member of the Czech Society of International Law. His principal areas of practice include real estate acquisition projects and financing. He also advises clients on regulatory matters.

Vitaliy Nosa is a graduate of Comenius University in Bratislava and is a fully licensed Attorney at Law in both Slovakia and Ukraine. As a Partner at Konečná & Zacha, Vitaliy is responsible for the firm’s operations in Slovakia.In his practice Vitaliy focuses on cross-border transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions and market entry. Another area of expertise is elaborating tailor made models for international financing and profit repatriation. As a member of the Energy Team, Vitaliy advises private and institutional clients on all aspects of renewable energy sources development and operations. Vitaliy speaks English, Slovak and Ukrainian.
