Position
Achim is in charge of the German section of Konečná & Zacha, Attorneys at Law and with his team focuses especially on advising German speaking clients (DACH). Since 1998 Achim has been working as an attorney both in Munich and Prague. Recently, he has dealt with cross border mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions including financing. He also provides comprehensive legal aid in all areas of business law to medium-sized companies, which run their businesses on the Czech market.

Faculty of Law at Passau University, Germany, absolved supplementary studies at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague
