Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is an integral part of our Firm’s culture. Our Firm endorses the principles of diversity and inclusion in its operation through specific initiatives and programmes. Some of our highlights on D&I include:

  • Tsibanoulis & Partners is an equal opportunity employer and has been since its inception. We recruit people on merit – irrespective of gender, race or ethnicity, age, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, or socioeconomic background. Selection decisions, and the reasons for those decisions, are recorded at each stage of the selection process and are documented. The people responsible for recruitment receive specific guidance on diversity issues.
  • Our Firm ensures that all employees get a fair opportunity for their professional growth and talent development; 360 reviews and career development discussions are conducted on a tactical basis and training and development is provided to all.
  • We are proud of our D&I achievements so far: Most of our personnel belongs to the 27-40 age bracket, a much younger age average compared to Greek market norm; 55% of our personnel are women; we employ financial immigrants and people of different sexual orientation within our team.
  • One of our of-counsel members, Prof. Fountedaki, has been assigned by the Prime Minister of Greece as a member of the National Committee for the equality and the implementation of rights of the LGBTQ+ people.
