Managing Partner of Tsibanoulis & Partners Law Firm with a remarkable track record in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, financial restructuring, litigation, and securities transactions for private and listed companies.  A sought-after authority, Dimitris Tsibanoulis has represented global companies and international banks (e.g., BNP Paribas SA, Commerzbank AG, Clearstream Banking, Eurex Clearing AG, Procredit, Sparkassenstiftung), governments (Greece, Cyprus, and Albania) and institutions such as the Athens Stock Exchange and the Bank of Greece (in defense of the PSI procedure, before the Council of State). He is also the legal counsel of the Supervisory Board of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP).
