Position
Thomas Jäderlund undertakes a variety of assignments within business law, as well as dispute and arbitration proceedings. Thomas has extensive experience within contract negotiations and complicated contract structures and has provided expert legal advice to clients within Sweden and abroad, including clients in the energy sector, the real estate industry, and public/municipal enterprises. Within the area of dispute resolution, Thomas has represented clients before Swedish courts and in Swedish and international arbitration proceedings for 20 years.
