Anna Fernqvist Svensson
Anna has extensive experience working with commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, and disputes, serving clients in both the private and public sector. Anna specialises within the fields of EU competition law, data protection (GDPR), and labour law. She also has vast expertise within the fields of IP and environmental law. Anna is the head of the Hellström’s competition law practice group, including IP and marketing law, and the head of the data protection practice group. She has practiced for many years in the areas of retail, real estate, IT, energy and infrastructure and is also a very experienced lecturer.
Arvid  Sundelin
Arvid Sundelin
Arvid works exclusively with environmental law and has extensive experience of permit processes, mostly regarding hydro power, wind power, CHP plants, mining operations, wood pulp plants, lumber etc. and assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence. Arvid have a long background working with environmental law and is leading within water law with focus on hydro power and environmental quality standards. Arvid was involved in the preparation of the legislation regarding reconsideration of hydropower and the application of environmental quality standards for water, which entered into force on 1 January 2019 by assisting a number of social actors in negotiations with the Ministry of the Environment. Arvid is a very experienced lecturer and holds lectures on environmental quality standards and water operations. Arvid is also a member of the Swedenergy legal group and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise’s environmental law group.

Bengt Olovsson
Bengt specialises in the areas of corporate and financial law, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in international transactions and complex structures in the corporate and financial services sectors. Bengt has prepared the documentation for a number of cross-border mergers. Companies frequently seek Bengt’s expert legal advice in matters concerning capital protection and liabilities of corporate directors. He also acts as liquidator in a number of companies.

Gustaf is a partner and head of the construction and consultancy law practice group at Hellström. Gustaf has extensive expertise within real estate and construction law and has undertaken a wide range of cases since 2007. Gustaf assists his clients with legal advice in project-specific issues, and in legal matters in his clients’ day-to-day operations. He also has years of courtroom experience, representing clients in cases before the Swedish courts, including the Supreme Court on several occasions, and arbitral tribunals.

Hans has been practising transactional and financial law since the early 1990s, undertaking assignments including IPOs, M&A and a variety of financing solutions. Ingela works exclusively with environmental law. A large part of her work consists of representing operators in permit and regulatory matters in accordance with the Environmental Code and the Planning and Building Act, assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence, and working with authorities in matters that often concern the content, interpretation and application of the legislation, e.g. questions about contaminated areas. Ingela has a solid background in the field of land and environmental law, and she has a genuine interest in the clients’ operations and the industries in which the clients operate. She is a legal representative in several processes concerning applications for permits for construction and operation of wind power plants, both onshore and offshore, as well as in processes concerning permits for mining operations and the use of soil masses for construction purposes. Ingela Sundelin is often hired as a lecturer in environmental law. She is also a member of the Swedish Association for Environmental Law.

Jonas Wetterfors is the head of Hellström’s dispute resolution practice group. He specialises in commercial disputes and has represented clients in a large number of Swedish and international civil and arbitral proceedings. Jonas has considerable litigation experience, as well as experience in ad hoc arbitration and proceedings governed by the rules of the SCC and the ICC. His expertise covers a broad range of industry sectors, including disputes in the financial services, energy, IT, manufacturing sectors, as well as M&A related disputes. In addition to undertaking assignments in commercial disputes, Jonas also frequently performs transactional and M&A work for his clients.

Jonas is head of the M&A group and primarily specialises in owner-driven businesses within corporate law, commercial contract law, and corporate governance. His vast experience as legal counsel to management and owners has provided him with extensive expertise within these areas. Karl-Fredrik has many years of experience working with data protection law and GDPR along with handling legal issues when data and information is handled by different organisations. Karl-Fredrik has a wide-ranging experience of working with complex contracts within the IT-sector including outsourcing and IT-system deliveries. He also handles commercial disputes in court and by arbitration regarding several areas of the law. Finally, Karl-Fredrik is working with labour law.

Kim Lindgren has extensive experience in real estate law, with a specialisation in commercial lease law, tenant/owner association law, leasehold titles and other forms of access rights. He also specialises in general and special real estate law and property transactions, as well as related business law. In the field of commercial lease law, Kim has worked in the drafting and review process for lease contracts with clients that have included a large number of shopping centres and shopping malls. He has also participated in closing the contract negotiations for the introduction within each facility.
