Manne Bergnéhr specialises in competition law and often assists clients by leading M&A projects. His extensive experience in competition law has included roles as an agent in cartels and abuse of dominance cases, and in matters relating to state aid and acquisition notifications. He has many years of experience representing both buyers and sellers in business transfers in Sweden and internationally. Manne has also gained vast industry-specific expertise after assisting clients in the public and private sector in the chemical industry and life sciences sector, as well as customer service, energy and cleantech.
