Jonas is head of the M&A group and primarily specialises in owner-driven businesses within corporate law, commercial contract law, and corporate governance. His vast experience as legal counsel to management and owners has provided him with extensive expertise within these areas. Jonas undertakes assignments that include providing legal assistance to a wide range of companies, including start-ups. Typical assignments for Jonas include advising the board of directors, managing director, and middle management through day-to-day legal advice, and taking a leading role in acquisitions. Jonas is also often appointed as a member of the board and as a liquidator.
