Rebecca is Managing Partner and head of the firms Commercial Departments as well as being the firm's lead development and land solicitor. Rebecca advises and represents the firm's developer and land-owning clients in their negotiations for sales, acquisitions, and in the formation of complex development agreements. Rebecca is well respected by clients, investors, landowners, developers, land promoters and business owners across East Anglia, as well as by regional professionals providing ancillary professional services, such as land agents.

Rebecca has been a Partner at Holmes & Hills since 2008 and is now Managing Partner of Holmes & Hills alongside Steven Hopkins. Rebecca has been planning the growth of the firms Commercial Departments for several years but the firm’s opening of its sixth and regional head office – the A12 Commercial Hub at Junction 25 of the A12 – facilitated the successful recruitment of many excellent candidates in quick succession. Rebecca was instrumental in this recruitment for the firm.

Rebecca is integral in the firm’s reputation in regard to development and land matters and spearheads the firm’s Facilitating Development seminars alongside Chris Milner.
