He has specialized in the resolution of high-complexity disputes, focusing his practice on national and international litigation and arbitration in a range of areas including public works concessions, infrastructure and large-scale construction and engineering projects. He is a specialist in Public Law, with postgraduate studies in Chile and abroad in the area of constitutional, regulatory and dispute resolution law. He consults on matters of public procurement, concession systems, energy and public health, Administrative Law and Public Law in general. His practice includes consulting on public procurement matters, specifically in the construction of State public works and public works under concession. This practice is focused on advising clients in their relations with the State and other actors during the beginning, execution and even end stages of their projects, participating in the negotiation process and acting in defense of their interests. He has notably acted as legal counsel to clients who have built public hospital infrastructure and roads over vast areas of the country. Likewise, he has acted as advisor to clients who have participated in the construction and management of public penitentiary works, airports, highways and other significant public works.

He is also a member of the Chilean Bar Association, member of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB), collaborator and member of the Public Procurement Observatory of the University of Zaragoza, member of the International Bar Association (IBA), member of the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce of Chile.
