Buyanjargal Tungalag joined GRATA International Mongolia LLP in 2020. She completed her bachelor’s degree in law at the Law School of the National University of Mongolia and a master’s degree in business administration with specialization in corporate governance from the University of Finance and Economy. Also she is a member of the Mongolian BAR Association. Enkhzaya Ganbaatar is a Junior Associate at Umguulliin GRATA International Mongolia LLP. She is a graduate from the University of Finance and Economics of Mongolia and Dalian University of China in 2022. Enkhzaya has internship experience at a Chinese law firm in Mongolia. While working there, her duties and responsibilities included preparing legal documents, translating Chinese and Mongolian legal and non-legal documents, answering the client’s questions, drafting of founding documents for all types of legal entities, and preparing for registration of various information to the state registration of legal entities. She focuses her practice on Corporate law, Contract law, Labor law, and Commercial law.
Khulan Ganbold is an Associate of GRATA International Mongolia. She focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate, contract, employment, and tax laws.
Norovsuren Bayarsaikhan has joined as a Junior Associate of GRATA International Mongolia LLP since July 2023. She is a graduate of the Law School of National University of Mongolia with an LLB and also a graduate of the University of the Humanities with BA in Chinese Linguistics.
