Mohammed Lemine has over 30 years’ litigation experience in the UAE and has been with Alsuwaidi & Company for over 20 years. He specializes in civil, commercial, and insurance disputes.

Mohammed’s insurance experience relates to litigation arising out of property all risks, such as physical loss and damages to the property due to fire, or natural disasters; contractor’s all risks; transport-related insurance such as land cargo, air cargo, marine cargo, car insurance, and marine hull insurance; construction related, such as the insurance of workmen’s compensation against work injuries, banker’s blanket bond insurance, public liability’s insurance, life insurance and all claims arising from transactions between insurance entities.

He possesses indepth understanding of UAE litigation, and his interpretation of Sharia laws and principles,  and promulgating provisions, and regulations of UAE has enabled him to secure successful resolution for his clients. Mohammed has an excellent track record in defending his client’s interest.
