James Howarth

As well as acting for Executors or Trustees and beneficiaries in Wills and Trusts disputes, Jennifer has been appointed as Trustee on a number of multi-million pound Trusts and can act as an Independent Trustee. Jennifer works with her clients to achieve realistic and pragmatic results, ensuring that disputes are dealt with as cost-effectively as possible. Following her qualification in the UK, Karyn spent some time working internally with the Insolvency Service as well as working in private practice as an insolvency solicitor before joining Howes Percival in 2010. Karyn is based in Howes Percival’s Manchester office.

Matthew joined Howes Percival in 2017 as a Partner having previous headed teams in the Eastern Region. Patrick also undertakes investigations on behalf of BIS in relation to directors misconduct.
