Gemma studied Law at University of Southampton and then completed her LPC at Bournemouth University before joining a large regional firm where she completed her training contract and then joined their clinical negligence team.
Gemma has dealt with all types of clinical negligence cases including dental negligence, delays in diagnoses, orthopaedic, and cerebral palsy, to name but a few. In 2009 she was involved in representing a number of families in the Gosport War Memorial Inquests.
Gemma is an accredited by the Law Society for clinical negligence work, and is also recognised by APIL as a Senior Litigator.
