Diversity

For us, this word is not an empty phrase that is often used in marketing. For us, diversity means variety in the truest sense of the word. Diversity in language, in our firm we speak nine other languages besides German and English. Diversity in ideas. Every team member is involved in the further development of the firm, no one has to hide their ideas and suggestions. Growth is only possible through openness and freedom of thought. Diversity in culture. We live in an international world, in an international industry and we work in a law firm with different nationalities. It is this diversity that inspires us every day. It motivates us on every day to look at the world with open eyes. It enables us to think outside the box every day and to solve our clients' problems and cases with foresight.

We strive together every day to create an open and tolerant environment in which every single employee, every client, every supplier feels comfortable in their differences - regardless of origin, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or world view. In our office, older and younger colleagues with or without impairments, from near and far, work together as a matter of course. We not only appreciate and welcome this diversity, we encourage it.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Taking on social responsibility is a major concern for us at Prüfer & Partner. That is why we regularly get involved in social projects and give part of our success back to society in the form of donations.

That is why we regularly support the following projects:

• Dorsten GmbH Workshop for the Blind
• Süddeutsche Zeitung Advent Calendar

2021, we were particularly concerned about supporting the victims of the floods, which swept across western Germany in July of the year. The suffering is unimaginably great and we hope that with our donation to Deutschland Hilft e.V. Donation Flood Relief we have made at least a small contribution to the reconstruction and support of the people on the ground.
