Corporate/M&A

Laura is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice and specialises in (international) acquisitions, restructurings, mergers, corporate governance issues and commercial contracts. Her work consists of drafting, advising and negotiating transaction documents.

Laura completed a master’s degree at the University of Groningen in the fields of Private Law and Corporate Law. Until her move to Rutgers & Posch, she was a lawyer at another corporate M&A boutique law firm in Amsterdam.
